Jennifer Netska

Jennifer is a licensed Real Estate Advisor working alongside the Fischer Ranieri Team. She is also an Attorney licensed to practice in the State of Florida and State of New York. 

Jennifer relocated from New York City to South Florida where she joined a nationally recognized law firm based out of its Fort Lauderdale office, focusing her practice on the defense of commercial businesses, condominiums, apartment complexes, and property management entities in all areas including general negligent business operations, negligent security, premises accidents, property damage, as well as a wide range of construction matters involving catastrophes, complex injuries, and building defects. Her practice also maintained a heavy emphasis on the defense of local municipalities in a wide range of matters ranging from general negligence claims to Civil Rights litigation involving Constitutional issues. 

Prior to this, Jennifer had also gained invaluable experience, exposure and skills within the industry while working for a New York City firm where she represented architects, engineers, developers, land surveyors and construction companies in a wide variety of cases involving design defect, delay, catastrophes, and other construction related matters. Jennifer further refined her skills and knowledge of the real estate industry through her experience in handling the defense of commercial businesses, property owners, sponsors, board members, management entities and agents in condominium/property/cooperative association litigation. 

 Jennifer’s ability to provide competent representation, including her skill in aggressive, yet professional negotiation further drew her into the real estate industry. Her knowledge and background in law provides Jennifer the cutting edge you need in an Agent as it relates to contract impact and interpretation, negotiations, market conditions, City or municipality involvement, as well as counseling you of the risk and reward on your real property assets.
